Cara was born and raised in the Silver Valley in 1989, growing up in Osburn and graduating from Wallace High School in 2007 before attending Spokane Community College. Cara currently resides in Osburn with her Husband and 3 boys, and works as a physical therapist assistant 1 day a week. Cara is eager and excited to work with people in real estate in the hometown she grew up in and loves. Her knowledge, passion, and drive for the area will help you in your real estate transactions.

Cody has had a passion for Real Estate since he bought his first investment property at age 20. Since then, Cody has relentlessly pursued knowledge and experience in real estate, not only for his own benefit, but also to help others on their own journey. After spending five years in the Marine Corps and another five years as a high-school teacher, Cody decided to transition careers and help customers with their real estate needs full time. Cody holds a real estate license in Washington, Montana, and Idaho. He also has a Masters degree in Business Administration. With a passion to help people and valuable experience, you can rest assured you are being guided by the right person. Cody’s wife, Tiana Karst, is also a real estate agent and they have been blessed with three amazing daughters.
